Return & Refund Policy

At Full Moon Creations, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Due to the nature of handmade products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect products may not be accepted without an unboxing video.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Worn products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products without tags (if applicable)
  • Products damaged after delivery

Minor variations in colour, bead arrangement, charm placement, or finish due to handcrafted production are not considered defects.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise approved by Full Moon Creations.

Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
