2. Products
Full Moon Creations offers both Real Jewellery and Artificial Jewellery.
We strive to display products accurately; however, due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, and handcrafted processes, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or stone placement may occur.
These variations do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
Customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.
5. Payments
We accept online prepaid payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and only before dispatch.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Exchange requests require all original certificates, invoices, tags, and documentation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, product photographs, designs, graphics, and text belong to Full Moon Creations and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Full Moon Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Website or purchased products.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.
