We currently accept prepaid online payments through secure payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Full Moon Creations does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
7. Shipping
We currently deliver across India only.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free shipping is available across India unless otherwise specified.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for:

- Manufacturing defects
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Customers should retain the original packaging and provide an unboxing video for damaged or incorrect product claims.
