Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
If payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed.
